The emulsifier water in oil P3R is a 100% biodegradable natural emulsifier used for the realization of very emollient cream.

The water-in-oil emulsifier P3R is made from castor oil and glycerine. 100% biodegradable, it is accepted by Ecocert.
P3R boosts the effects of assets. It is an ideal emulsifier for the realization of very emollient and nourishing creams with brilliant and commercial aspect.
Use
This emulsifier can be used in the oily phase just lukewarm of your preparation, even at room temperature.
Dosage: 3 to 5%
Despite the presence of a "water-in-oil" emulsion, the oily phase must not exceed 40% of the total.
The aqueous phase is used at room temperature (distilled water, hydrolat ... and ingredients soluble in water: it is recommended automatically the addition of xanthan gum as an additional stability factor).
The two phases are mixed by stirring with a small whisk, regularly and for a few minutes.
At the end of the preparation, add 1 to 3% of essential oil if necessary.
The addition of a natural antioxidant such as vitamin E tocopherol and a natural preservative such as potassium sorbate is needed.
